I have a special place in my heart for Asia. My second year of college, I took a semester off and taught English in China. Then, after college, I served an eighteen month mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Taiwan. After arriving home, I married a man who is Japanese by descent. I really love the Asian culture and people, and wrote this using the sounds that help transport me back to those amazing places.
